IHRAF Records is a new initiative where we host musicians for a live-recording concert, then make the music available to the general public. We work with musicians whose work embodies our values of beauty, sincerity, vulnerability and engagement.
If you are a musician and would like to be included on our platform, please submit a sample of your music, as well as a short coverletter explaining how your work represents our values of inclusion, respect and open-hearted beauty to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The International Human Rights Art Festival recorded our first concert as part of our new IHRAF Records series: Mara Rosenbloom. Mara brought a unique work to life at the Dramatists Guild Foundation on West 40th Street. Mara Rosenbloom has been called “a whole-hearted poet of the piano,” – she is a builder & a synthesist; a fiercely lyrical composer & improviser (All About Jazz). When asked about her own work Rosenbloom says, "In the tone world, untethered to the hierarchies and baggage of language, it's still possible to open up a direct line. You don't need to know what I'm saying to feel it. You don't need to know anything, to feel everything.
